Prime Agro was born from the countryside — literally. Before becoming a company, it was an idea, observation, and commitment.
The story began in Rio Bananal, where Michael grew up watching his father work with black pepper and understanding, from an early age, that agriculture is made of effort, tradition, and trust. It was there, experiencing the daily routine of farming, that the desire arose to solve a problem that producers faced every day: caring for the harvest with more safety, quality, and technical support.
During college, Michael developed a project to improve pepper processing. The initiative gained recognition, showed real potential, and, with his father’s encouragement, ceased to be an academic project and became a purpose. The partnership with Renato brought the necessary complement: technical and commercial vision, and practical field experience. Thus, Prime was born — a company built with family roots and a forward-thinking approach.
From the beginning, we have grown the right way: with responsibility, transparency, and robust processes. We invest in structures that meet food industry standards, with warehouses designed to ensure cleanliness, ventilation, control, and traceability. For us, storage is not just about keeping things safe. It’s about protecting a family’s assets—and that requires technique, care, and respect.
What sets us apart is simple: we know where we came from and we know where we want to go.
